Before you Begin…
Thank you for your interest in pursuing your Teacher Training at Studio Rise in Ashland! We are committed to giving you a quality teacher training experience. We look forward to walking through this journey with you! Here is what we will expect of you…
Commitment: All weekends require 100% commitment from you. If for some reason you have an approved absence, time must be made up using an appropriate replacement determined by Studio Rise lead teacher.
Who can participate: Required before application is, at the minimum, 1 year of studio practice at any studio. This training gives you the tools to dive deeper into your practice and learn how to lead yoga classes as a certified 200 RYT Yoga teacher.
What you can expect: During our weeks together you can expect to experience yoga asana practice, meditation, journaling, discussion and self discovery. There will also be reading and online homework to be completed during the week. The weeks off will be spent practice teaching, expanding your personal practice and giving back to the community.
Our application process is the first step in assuring this is the training for you as well as you being a good fit for us. It will help you begin to think and feel and respond in the way you will during your training and will help us know a little bit about you and the context of who you are. Complete both steps to hold your place and be considered for The Uprising
1. Completion of the application and additional questions
2. Submission of the $250 deposit to hold your spot (non-refundable)
